Provide documentation to and work with Quality, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and AVG as required to establish containment plans and drive issues to closure.Support Electrical First Time Quality, particularly the Measurement Point B (MPB) target of 99.5%.Be a member of the Pre-Production Electrical Team - a coordinated, technical organization consisting of members from Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Quality and Product Development organizations passionate about problem solving the plant’s top external and internal quality problems. ![]() The AVT/DVT coordinator will be expected to be self-motivated with strong interpersonal and team building skills to effectively build relationships with key partners. ![]() They should maintain the overall process to achieve the best possible direct run rate. They should ensure the best possible quality of build by consistently monitoring the alignment machine capability and driving necessary improvements. The alignment coordinator is the process guardian at a plant level.
